ALL Renters have to complete Alcohol Consumption Acknowledgment Form if they provide alcohol to their guests via a self-service bar.

 • If hiring a bartender, it is the renters responsibility to confirm the bartender possesses a One-Day Alcohol Event Permit from the NYS Liquor Authority.

 • If selling alcohol, the renters must apply for  One-Day Alcohol Event Permit with NYS Liquor Authority.
