Island Escape Party VENUE Weekend Rentals
Rent ISLAND ESCAPE or DVAULT SPEAKEASY by the day only, no Tent rentals or port a potties needed for this party room or party events, included inside party room and outside Patio

$1050 for Saturday & Sunday (weekend)

$500 first week day and
$200 per additional weekday if extended
Cleaning Fee
$100 CLEANING FEES include following services:
disposing your trash and recycling,
BAR AREA inside and outside have service of
ice bins, Coolers, refrigerator, Freezer, Black linen for indoor tables.
WARMER and PREP AREA with tree-bay sink included, NO STOVE OR OVEN AVAILABLE, COOKING ON PREMISSES NOT PERMITTED

We offer a special pricing for reoccurring events such as:

Meetings
Sales and training on weekdays
EQUIPMENT Rentals
Tables and chairs included in the Island Escape party room, more on request for your Birthday Party Events, Rehearsals, Showers, Memorials, …
Table Linens
$10 per other than black table cloths and $0.50 per linen napkins
*trash and recycling can be bagged and left in green barrels out back
